True Freedom & Liberation

• Freedom for our Souls

• Freedom from ourselves

• Freedom from our past

• Freedom from our ailments

• Freedom from our Dis-ease

• Freedom from our wounds

• Freedom from the beliefs that hold us back

• Freedom from relationships that perpetuate unhealthy dynamics and keep us stuck

• Freedom from institutions that repress, suppress or limit our true human nature and divine potential

• Freedom from institutions that perpetuate fear, inequity, hierarchical structures that limit our souls’ light, love, and missions.

I am advocating for real liberation, a liberation that starts within us and then is reflected outside of us. We must liberate ourselves from the conditions that confine and contort our authentic and real potential and soul essence. How can we do this?

Well I believe and in my own experience True Freedom occurs when we are aligned with our soul, aligned with our soul’s purpose, and have an overall sense of love for ourselves -  that is ultimate freedom. When we are free within then we are free without. Freedom comes first from within, and is achieved through connecting and listening to our soul, it’s whispers and yearnings. Through the embodiment of inner freedom we can move towards liberation of ourselves from external sources but I promise that this cannot be achieved through againstness or resistance, it comes from an inner knowing and alignment that allows for us to break down and through any external limitation or repression. Many say what we resist persists. Thus, when we resist or fight anything that is the energy that persists - that energy that we are resisting or fighting continues to have so much power over us and continues to persist. Even our suffering persists when we resist our soul’s calling. And when we resist our soul’s callings and desires, the external reflects this resistance and we find ourself in tension and discord with outside forces as well. It seems this tension is really reflecting much of the time our internal tension and discord.

How can we step closer to soul alignment and this embodiment of freedom? I ask myself this regularly. Maybe it is through infusing our lives with what our soul is whispering for and on the deepest level that is self-love and acceptance. Infusing our whole being with acceptance and love. Maybe it is through setting the intention to live our lives truly listening to what our souls need, be it health, boundaries, love, nurturing, compassion, rest, a new way of life, shining our light or so much more. Let’s commit to listen to our highest self, to nurture ourselves so you can be truly liberated and be free to live a soul aligned life. Thus, we can help usher in other souls and little souls that live fully listening to their own soul’s callings and yearnings - and thus live in alignment with their soul’s mission in this lifetime.  We can create a world of soul purposed and truly free human beings. A grand vision but one that is on the horizon.

Parenting Oneness

I wrote this poem along time ago, when my son was very small. It was a channeled writing. It was a reminder from the higher realms that while parenting appears to be a raising of a child it is truly us rising together and a co-creation. I am not above him and his leader, we are co-creating a relationship and life together. It also was a reminder that while we are individual separate people, we are so interconnected, as are all beings. Hence, why the focus on attuning to him, and simultaneously attuning to my own needs is so essential. Because if I deny my needs and growth, he instantly feels it and knows I am denying my own authenticity and then he feels he must deny his own, or simply he can feel the imbalance in the dynamic. I thought I would share this poem to just be a little light into our human connectedness, our oneness, and some of the channeled expression I have written down. Simply a little peak into my world…

I am you - you are me
I am here with you
I am present and aware
I attune to you and your needs
I attune to your feelings and do not disregard them
I am you - you are me
I respect that we are One in consciousness - no one higher than the other
I will nurture your authenticity and autonomy
I will be aware of my unmet needs and conditioning
I am committed to growth - mine and yours
I am you - you are me
Thus the connection I have to Me
Reflects the connection you will have with you
and You will have with Me.

Poem and Dedication for My Mom

A Poem and Dedication I wrote as my mom transitioned into her spirit form. This is a very personal writing I am sharing today. This is a channeled writing that came to me as I moved through the portal of my mother’s soul transition. I wanted to share about our spiritual connection because this was one of the gifts that was exemplified and shown to me as she transitioned into her pure spiritual form. It is a piece into the oneness we all live in and can experience. It was one of the ways I could express how easy death and grief opened me up to so much more in my connection with my Earthly mom. Maybe my sharing of this personal writing will help others with feeling and experiencing through a soulful transition, and experience the deep grief, oneness, laughter, and all range of emotions that are present when we go through life big moments.

Mom,

I carry you with Me.

You, my mom, you are in me and We are ONE, forever and always.

You are in my womb, as you are the vessel I came through and your body was my first warm comforting home.

You are in my heart always, as you are my first love, my first nourisher, and first protector.

You are in my eyes, as it was your eyes that first gazed at me lovingly and welcomed my soul to this Earth.

You are in my tears, each time I think of you, as my first tears in this life were shed in your arms.

You are in my laughter, especially when I look at the mess in my living room and think of what you are saying about it.

You are in my hugs and embraces, as you were the first person to hold me and embrace me.

You are in any curse word I say, because we all know you have a potty mouth and you are probably where the grandkids learned their first bad words.

You are in the mirror, smiling back at me and making sure my outfit is right, my hair is done and I look presentable.

You are in my strength, as it is your strength and resilience that I call upon in my most challenging times.

You are in my dreams, floating through my consciousness with loving reminders.

You are in the Earth, holding us with strength, love, loyalty, and keeping us grounded.

You are in the Sun, shining bright keeping us warm and nourished.

You are in the Wind, at times strong and swirling, and at other times a gentle whisper letting us know you are there.

You are in the Ocean, with its steady rhythm and purifying all that you see and touch.

You are in the Stars, in their twinkle and shine - I only wish you had let yourself shine even brighter.

You are in the Moon, lighting the path in the dark wanting to guide and show us the way.

You are in the Tree, sturdy, steady, and firm and wonderful home for all the birds to perch, nest and flourish.

You are in the Mama Lion, making sure her cubs and whole pride know she cares, they are protected, and loved.

You are in the Butterfly, who soars floating gracefully, spreading her generous nectar wherever she goes.

You are in the Flower, with its delicate beauty - a beauty that could capture anyone’s attention.

You are in the Sunset, in all its perfection reflecting back your perfection.

In all these ways, you are with me, you are with all of us, We are all ONE, and we carry you with us always.

No time, No space

No event, Not even Death

Can separate us.

As Death is not an end, but a beginning,

It is not a fear, but a love.

It is not a closing but an opening up.

An Opening up to your most magnificent Self. The one I always saw shining through your soul eyes. The one who is one with God, the one full of peace, wisdom, joy, your vivacious and loyal spirit.
